Shipping Information for New Zealand & Australia

Shipping Timeframes

  • New Zealand: Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

  • Australia: Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and any delays with the carrier.

Shipping Costs

  • New Zealand:

    • Christchurch - $6.50 NZD

    • New Zealand wide - $12.00 NZD

  • Australia:

    • Standard shipping - $35.00 NZD

Dispatch Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please allow an extra 3 working days if your order is placed within the first two week of each drop.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Once an order is placed, we process it quickly, so we are unable to change the shipping address after the order has been confirmed. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before dispatch.
